She came, and she’s gone back. So quick, and we didn’t get to spend much time with her, which was ‘kinda’ expected since she would have been quite busy catching with her family and friends closer to her than us.
But it was good to be able to
have a meal with her at the Hut with the ‘older’ young ones (in the case Unc. Mah, the young at heart, and in the case of Pei Yee, she just got ‘dragged’ into the group).
Su Mei’s always been an encouragement to both Chin Ai and me in how she’s faithful at meetings, and is already serving in the assembly in UK. I’ve seen some who join our assembly for years and never express desire to serve in any ministry, so to see her serving there is a great encouragement, especially when you’re in the midst of doing your PhD. Keep it up, sis.
We did get to see her off at the airport the next day, and that was nice. Seeing Titus run all over the airport was fun too!
The Lord be with you Su Mei, and all the best getting know Thomas Middleton better.
